Rooibos is our very special plant from South Africa and is considered as the national drink. Rooibos or Redbush also known as Aspalathus linearis, is a leguminous plant that grows north of the Cederberg Region 200 km north from Cape Town.

Rooibos is rich in antioxidants protecting the body from cellular ageing and is famous for its numerous benefits on digestion, sleep and allergies. There is no scientific evidence of such effects but current studies tend to prove that some antioxidants specific to Rooibos could play a major role for its cardiovascular benefits. Rooibos is a healthy and delicious caffeine-free drink, perfect anytime of the day.
