Join our experience with a mug of tea brewed to enjoy during the class. Nothing fancy is needed- just any tea that is calling to you that day!
We will start off the experience by learning more about what tea is, how tea plants are grown, how it's produced and the harvesting and production methods ranging from Pai Mu Tan white tea, Oolong, Pu'erh and more! We will have some fun tea trivia throughout the workshop to test our tea knowledge.
I'll then share with you some tips and tricks on how to "sip like a Sommelier" and share how to taste tea like a professional! We will learn how to use a tea tasting wheel and have a chance to share what tea we are all drinking and what tasting notes you're experiencing. We will discuss tasting notes and the complexities that each cup of tea holds.
We will end the session with a moment about tea and mindfulness as well as an opportunity for any questions.
