Ingredients 

  • 2 Cups water
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 4 Teaspoons of Asami Black tea leaves 
  • 2 Teaspoon of freshly chopped ginger
  • Sugar to the taste 

Method of Brewing

  1. Pour water and the Ginger slices into the pot and start boiling
  2. Simmer the mixture for 5 - 7 minutes until the mixture starts to boil
  3. Add the tea leaves to the pot & allow rapid boil by regulating the heat
  4. At this point, you could add sugar if you wish
  5. Pour milk into the simmering mix
  6. Boil in low-medium heat until the brew trunks dark & reduces the volume (2-3) minutes
  7. Turn off the heat and strain the tea leaves and other particles
